Q:I have not found a job yet. Do I have to keep visiting this site ?
A:If you can't find any suitable job during your visit to this site, please keep visiting your account page or search for suitable vacant post frequently. We can't guarantee if an employers have vacancy at the moment.
Q:How do I post my resume?

A:
  1. Click on Register here! link on JOBSEEKERS panel on the Home page. Complete the registration process and upon submitting your true and valid information, an Account will be created. Username and the Password will be mailed to your E-Mail ID (provided by you at the time of registration).
  2. Resume can also be uploaded with just two clicks using Click and upload feature on the home page. Use Click here link to submit the resume online.
  3. Without registering, a jobseeker can get job alerts to his/ her email id. Click on Job alerts, sign up for job alerts and submit your resume.
Q:I have forgotten my Password. How do I get it back?

A:Please follow these simple steps:
  1. Click on the Forget your password? link on the Home page.
  2. Type your Username and click on the Submit.
  3. Your password along with your Username will be mailed to your E-Mail ID.
Q:How do I change my Password?

A:Please follow these simple steps:
  1. Log into the Jobseekers panel using your Username and Password.
  2. Click on the Change your Password link on your Account page.
  3. Type your current password, the new password and onfirm your new password by typing it again.
Q:How do I edit or update my Profile?

A:Please follow these simple steps:
  1. Log into the Jobseekers panel using your Username and Password.
  2. Click on the My Profile link on your Account page.
  3. Change the required information by clicking on EDIT.
  4. Click on Update.
Q:How do I send my resume to the Employers / Recruiters?

A:You could apply directly through any Job Ads on the Home page or from your search result you see. After which you can choose your appropriate resume and cover letter, you would like to send.
Q:Does it cost to post my resume?

A:Posting your resume is Absolutely free!
Q:How do I create a cover letter?

A:Please follow these simple steps:
  1. Log into the Jobseekers panel using your Username and Password.
  2. Click on My Cover Letters.
  3. Click on Add New Coverletter.
Q:How will I be intimated by Employers / Recruiters?

A:Employers / Recruiters will contact you through E-Mail ID or Phone numbers provided by you at the time of registration.
Q:Can I submit my resume to Employers / Recruiters without registering myself on DHAvenues?

A:No. Only registered Jobseekers can apply for jobs on DHAvenues
Q:What are the resume formats supported on DHAvenues?

A:The resume formats currently supported on DHAvenues are .rtf and .doc
Q:Do you change my resume before forwarding to Employers / Recruiters?

A:No.
Q:How will I be intimated as to when you have forwarded my resume to Employers / Recruiters?

A:As soon as your resume is forwarded to Employers / Recruiters, you will be intimated about the same through E-Mail.
Q:When can I expect to get a response from Employers / Recruiters?

A:As soon as your resume meets the requirements of Employers / Recruiters, you will be contacted through the contact details, provided by you at the time of registration.
Q:What do I do if I click on a job and sometimes find details of an unrelated job?

A:This could happen if the site is under the process of being updated.
Q:How do I view my resume, which has been uploaded using Click & Upload?

A:
  1. Once you upload your resume, it will be stored in our database. Our Web support team will create the Username and the Password and the same will be mailed to your E-Mail ID provided in your resume.
  2. You can log into the Jobseekers panel using this Username and Password and then clicking on My Profile you will be able to view your Uploaded resume.
